If your plan is not listed, you may inquire about out of network options. I can provide documentation for reimbursement when applicable.
Do you offer in person appointments?
Yes. I offer in person appointments every Tuesday. In person appointments require at least 48 hours notice and confirmation. All other appointments are conducted through telehealth.
Do you require cancellation notice?
Yes. I require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduled appointment. This allows the appointment time to be offered to another patient. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee.
Do you treat all patients?
Yes. I welcome adults of all backgrounds. My areas of focus include anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, trauma related symptoms, PMDD, and women’s mental health, but I treat all patients seeking evidence based psychiatric care.
Do you provide therapy, medication management, or both?
I provide comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and medication management. Supportive psychotherapy is incorporated into these visits as needed to help address symptoms, coping strategies, and day to day stressors. I do not offer weekly stand alone talk therapy at this time, but I can assist with referrals and strongly encourage pairing medication management with routine psychotherapy for the best treatment outcomes.
How long are appointments?
Initial evaluations are approximately 60 minutes. Follow up visits range from 20 to 30 minutes depending on clinical needs.
